Workshops and webinars
Send every attendee a participation certificate without editing a file per person.
Design a certificate once, add your list of names, and get one for every row as PDF, PNG or JPG. Your files stay on your computer, and there is no watermark.
Free, no account. Paste your list from Excel or load a CSV.
Upload a blank certificate, or pick a ready background.

Place the text, photo and QR code, and put {Column} names where values go.
Check every row, choose the format and rows, then download.

Hand out completion and achievement certificates to a whole class or course.
Certify employees after a course, with the ID from your records in a QR code.
Issue certificates or photo badges for a long list of recipients.
Making certificates one at a time in a design tool means editing the same file over and over. Bulk generation flips that: you design one template, keep the names in a spreadsheet, and the tool produces one certificate per row.
The export step lets you choose the format, the size (half, full or double your template), the range of rows and a pattern for the file names.
| Format | Good for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Printing and emailing | One PDF with a page for each certificate, or one PDF per person in a ZIP. | |
| PNG | Editing later, sharing on screen | Lossless, so the files are larger. Comes as a ZIP. |
| JPG | Emailing many certificates | Smaller files, with a quality setting. Comes as a ZIP. |
For ID-style certificates or event badges, add a column with each person's photo file name, for example priya.jpg, and upload the photos. Each certificate picks its own photo by that name.
A QR code element can hold text with column values in it, such as a verify link ending in {ID}, so every certificate carries its own code.
