Why We Created BulkWizards
In a world where quick tasks often require downloading bloated software or uploading sensitive files to obscure servers, we saw the need for a better way. BulkWizards was created to provide a centralized hub for all those small but essential daily tasks—like converting obscure image formats, scanning documents, and generating secure assets—without compromising your workflow or your privacy.
Our Mission
We want everyday file jobs to be quick, free and private. So wherever we can, the work happens on your own device rather than on our servers. By leveraging modern web technologies like HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local file APIs, we bring the processing directly to your device.
The Problems We Solve
- Batches, free: Convert, compress or rename many files in one go, with no subscription and no daily cap.
- No waiting for uploads: Files are processed on your device, so there is no upload or server queue.
- Nothing to install: No app, no sign-up and no paywall.
- Privacy: The file tools work in your browser, so your files are not uploaded. Only the URL shortener, shareable wedding invitations and QR menus store what you create, so the links work.

Jabir Ibn Basheer is the author and lead developer behind BulkWizards. A performance- and privacy-first web engineer, Jabir builds fast, client-side tools that avoid server uploads by using modern browser technologies (HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly and local file APIs), and focuses on clean UX, accessibility, and engineering small, reliable utilities people actually use — from asset generation to image conversion and document scanning.
