1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BulkWizards (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Website.

2. Description of Service

BulkWizards provides free online tools, including image converters, PDF tools, generators (certificates, ID cards, invoices, QR codes, barcodes) and utilities. Most tools work within your web browser; the URL shortener, shareable wedding invitations and QR menus store what you create on our servers so the links work.

3. Free and Commercial Use

We believe in accessible tools. All tools on BulkWizards are free to use.

Furthermore, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the output generated by our tools (such as generated PDFs, converted images, QR codes, invoices, certificates, etc.) for both personal and commercial purposes. No attribution or payment is required for the artifacts you generate.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools on BulkWizards are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the tools or generated outputs.

Specifically:

• File Integrity: While our tools process files locally without uploading them, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or quality degradation during file conversion or manipulation. Always keep backups of your original files.
• Privacy Tools: Our AI Face Blur and EXIF stripping tools are provided to assist with privacy, but we do not guarantee 100% compliance with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). It is your responsibility to verify the output.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BulkWizards, techbeamdesigns, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
