What guests get when they open your e-invite

  • The first screen counts down the days, hours and minutes to the wedding, so nobody has to check a date.

  • One tap opens your Google Maps link. Another adds the wedding to Google Calendar. Prefer questions to RSVPs? Switch the RSVP form off and a WhatsApp button appears instead.

  • Guests answer yes or no, say how many are coming and pick a meal. You get the totals and every reply on your dashboard.

    Example numbers from a dashboard.

  • Add a YouTube link or a direct MP3 link and guests can play or pause your song from the invitation.

  • Set a 4-digit PIN. Guests enter it before they can see anything, so share it only with the people you invited.

How it works

From a blank card to a WhatsApp link

  1. Pick a design and a language

Choose the look, the symbol at the top and the language, and the phone preview shows it as guests will.

  2. Add your celebrations

Every event with its date, time and venue, plus photos, your story and what guests should know.

  3. Set up replies

Choose a reply-by date, meal choices and your own question, and turn on the wishes wall.

  4. Publish and send

Sign in, publish, and send each guest their personal link on WhatsApp. Edit later and the same link shows the change.

Uses

Good for

Weddings of every tradition

Themes and wording for Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian ceremonies, and general ones too.

Families who read different languages

Make the card in the language your relatives read, and send it in the chat they use.

Guests far away

A link travels anywhere, with a map and a countdown so nobody misses the day.

Counting who is coming

RSVPs, the number of guests and meal choices, gathered in one place.

How to make a digital wedding invitation

  1. Open the studio and choose a design. Try the ones made for your ceremony, or a classic one such as Ivory Classic.
  2. Choose the language. The labels, the reply form and the dates on the invitation change to match.
  3. Add your names, a cover photo and your message. You can start from suggested wording for a modern, Hindu, Nikah, Anand Karaj or Christian invitation and edit it.
  4. Add every event with its date, time and venue. The Directions button finds the venue on its own, or paste your own Google Maps link.
  5. Add a gallery, your story, things guests should know and whom to call, then set up the reply form and the wishes wall.
  6. Publish, then send your link, or add your guest list and send each guest a personal link on WhatsApp.

What to put on an invitation

  • Both families' names or the hosts, so guests know who is inviting them.
  • The date, the start time and, if useful, the end time.
  • The venue name and a Google Maps link, so nobody has to type an address.
  • A dress code if you have one, and an RSVP deadline so replies come in when you need them.
  • A contact person guests can call or WhatsApp with questions, and practical details such as where to stay and how to get there.

Your guest list and their phone numbers are saved privately to your account. The invitation only shows what you type into it.

How RSVPs work

Guests open your link and fill in a short form: their name, whether they are coming, how many people, which events, and a meal choice if you ask for one. A personal link fills in their name for them. Your Responses tab shows the totals, the guests for each event and every reply, and lists who on your guest list has not replied yet, with a button to send them a reminder on WhatsApp. Guests do not need an account.
