A digital menu for your restaurant, café or hotel, free

Make a digital menu card: add your dishes, prices and photos, choose one of four designs, and publish. Customers scan the QR code on the table and see your menu on their phone, with no app. They can send their order straight to your WhatsApp.

Change prices or mark a dish sold out any time; the QR code stays the same. Free, with no commission on orders.

Features

What your QR code menu includes

Four designs made for menus
Maison for fine dining, Spice for Indian restaurants, Café for cafés and bakeries, and Royal for hotels. Each works with or without photos, and you can change the colour.
Half, Full and other prices
Up to four prices on one dish, such as Half and Full, Regular and Large, or 4 and 8 pieces.
Veg, non-veg and egg marks
The familiar green and red marks, a Veg only switch for customers, and Bestseller, Spicy and New labels.
Sold out in one tap
Switch a dish to sold out for the day instead of deleting it.
Orders on WhatsApp
Customers pick dishes and choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery. WhatsApp opens with the order and total written out, and they send it to you. No WhatsApp Business API needed.
QR codes and table cards
Download the QR code as PNG or SVG, or print A4 table cards with one code per table, so orders arrive with the table number filled in.
Call, WhatsApp and Directions
Buttons at the top of the menu, plus your opening hours and whether you are open now.
Hotels and services too
Room service, spa or salon lists: the wording changes to requests and bookings, and prices are optional.

Uses

Who uses a digital menu card

Restaurants and dhabas

Replace printed menus that go out of date, and take dine-in and takeaway orders on WhatsApp.

Cafés and bakeries

A photo menu of coffee and bakes that you can update daily.

Hotels

In-room dining and service lists that guests open from a card in the room.

Spas, salons and services

A clear price list that customers can book from on WhatsApp.

Getting the most from a QR menu

  • Put the QR code where people sit: a table card, a sticker on the table, or a card in the hotel room.
  • Use table numbers if you take dine-in orders, so you know where each order came from.
  • Add photos to your best sellers first. Five good photos do more than fifty average ones.
  • Mark dishes sold out during service instead of deleting them, so they come back tomorrow with one tap.
  • Keep a few printed menus for customers who prefer paper.

To make a QR code for anything else, such as your WiFi network, use the QR code generator.
